Mike Preston was born and raised in his family’s triple-decker in East Boston. While most kids were playing with Tonka trucks, he watched his father fix leaking pipes and helped paint the rentals between tenants. Naturally, he was drawn to Real Estate early in his professional career.

He was first licensed in 2010, the country still climbing out of an 8 trillion-dollar housing bubble. People weren’t exactly rushing in to buy real estate, but Mike quickly grew his network and established himself as an exceptional sales and leasing agent.

Mike’s client list includes first time home buyers, seasoned investors, and families looking to up or downsize. As a veteran broker, Mike can quickly identify undervalued assets. He has personally participated in residential re-development projects and also has experience managing property for his landlords.
